Many Cornerstone products are produced in limited quantities or prepared after an order is placed. Product availability may therefore change without notice.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify designs, or update product specifications where reasonably necessary.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Many Cornerstone products are made to order or prepared specifically after a customer places an order.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, please allow approximately 3–5 weeks from order to delivery.
This estimate includes production, order preparation, and transportation. Actual delivery times may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and provide available options.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, inability to verify payment information, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or an obvious technical error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, customers should contact us within 24 hours of ordering to request a cancellation or modification.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received within this period, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will remain possible once production or fulfillment has begun.
Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
